FAQ’s

When are we reopening?

Unfortunately, we do not have a definitive answer, but we are aiming for the end of October. We are working continuously behind the scenes to try and open before then.

What are the options?

Currently, we are running with two options:

A) Holiday Flexi Lessons
B) Deregistration

What are Holiday Flexi Lessons?

Holiday Flexi lessons allow us to deliver online learning opportunities during holiday periods and ‘disruptive’ times such as the TT.  Since we set Holiday Flexi lesson dates, rather than you, they are charged at a reduced rate of £24.
A Holiday Flexi lesson must be completed within 5 days (starting Monday and ending Saturday afternoon) and can be accessed multiple times during this period. After which time it expires and the lesson fee is forfeit. The lessons are planned and reviewed by a tutor on a weekly basis.

How much are Holiday Flexi Lessons?

Holiday Flexi Lessons are charged at a reduced rate of £24 per lesson.

Will my child have a slot at Kip when the centres reopen?

If you choose option A (Holiday Flexi Lessons) then yes, your child will retain their space at Kip. We will also endeavour to keep the same day and session time as before.

If you choose Option B (Deregistration) then no, your child will no longer have a reserved space at Kip and you will have to reregister should you wish to return.

Do I have to stay at Kip?

No, if you feel like Holiday Flexi Lessons do not work for you and your family at any point, then choose Option B.

Why are we closing?

We are in discussion with the IoM Government about the structure of our business. Until this issue has been resolved, the centres will remain closed.
