Tutors4Mann is looking for an exceptional communicator to come and work with us as a Teacher Manager.
This is a brand new role that will help us efficiently run the Onchan Kip McGrath centre.
You will need to manage and run the centre as well as deliver a certain amount of lessons throughout the week, this stipulation is why we ask for qualified teachers only to apply.
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to maintain professional relationships
The ability to keep calm under pressure
Skills to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications and experience in the field of teaching is essential. Any qualifications or experience in management would be desirable but not essential to the role
Applicants must be able to have access to transport as you, on occasion, may be asked to overlook the Castletown centre.
This is a full time position and the salary based on the required hours will be £40,000 per annum.
