Andy Finch
Andy completed his teacher training before being commissioned into the RAF as an education officer. While in the RAF, he completed a Master’s of Education withthe University of Nottingham. Andy is the General Partner of Tutors4Mann, a partnership of tutors that run Kip McGrath Isle of Man.

Becca Whiteside
Becca worked for twenty years in the Pharmaceutical industry, managing many different teams of people. She has an Masters degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Middlesex and has a lifelong interest in learning and coaching. She changed her career direction to teach students and has taught for many years, both in the UK and Overseas. Having recently moved to live in the Isle of Man, Becca is enjoying working as a Partner of Tutors4Mann, a partnership of tutors that run Kip McGrath, Isle of Man.

Dale Williams
I have worked in Primary and secondary schools in England and the Isle of Man. I have a PGDE in Educational Leadership from the University of Chester. I enjoy teaching maths to those that have previously struggled, helping individuals to build their confidence and achieve their goals.

Diane Sykes
Dianne has been a maths teacher for almost forty years. She has spent much of her career teaching at an island Secondary school, where she was, at one time, Head of the Department. Dianne has been teaching at Kip McGrath for over three years.

Jamie Rout-Moore
Jamie has been a teacher for over 18 years working in primary schools, in both England and the Isle of Man, since obtaining a degree in History and Education at the University of Cumbria. For a number of those years, he was a Primary Maths and Science lead. More recently he has worked across Primary and Secondary schools supporting digital development as well as teaching in some of the island’s secondary schools when needed, including Maths, English and Science. In his spare time, he loves walking his dog Asher on many of the Island’s amazing walks and watching his favourite football team.

Jill Finch
Jill has been teaching for twenty plus years, including experience overseas, the UK and the Isle of Man. She was formerly Head of Maths at the Buchan and has a Master’s degree in Shakespearean Studies from the University of Birmingham.

Lynn Pickersgill
Lynn has been teaching for over 40 years, including British Forces Schools overseas, the UK and the Isle of Man. She was Deputy Head at a Prep School in the south of England. She has taught all year groups and has vast experience in preparing Year 6 pupils for the 11+/Entrance Examinations.
Lynn loves living on the Isle of Man, she has a small Poochon dog and enjoys our beautiful coastal walks.
Lynn has been at KipMcGrath for over four years.

Sandra May
Sandra taught at Ashley Hill School in 1988 then at Murray’s Road School ( now Scoil yn Jubilee ) for the following 29 years. She started working for Kip McGrath in April 2019.
